In the odd case that you do not find the product as per your expectation, there is no need to worry, we have a returns policy here under :
1. Eligible products can only be returned within 7 days after the delivery date. To be eligible for exchange or return don’t cut the tag , Keep the packaging and make sure the product is in original condition and is unused.
2. Although all the products go through the Quality Check, still in an highly unlikely occurrence that the product received is damaged or has some manufacturing defect, you will be required to send us the photo of damaged item showing the issue along with the tag that it came with within 48 hours of receiving the product. After which no claims would be entertained.
3. Not all products like customised items and some other products are not eligible for returns. In case the size is the issue and its not as per the size you chose we will alter the same and send it back to you. The return postage shall be borne by the customer. In case in doubt please confirm with the team before ordering/buying the product.
4. The decision on return , refund, exchange would be taken by the customer service team and the decision would be final. Once its approved we will inform you and you will be required to send it back to our dispatch centre and once the product is received appropriate course of action will follow and you shall be informed likewise.
5. Discounted items. Items bought on SALE shall not be eligible for exchange or refund.
6. Upon approval of refund you shall receive the store credit and in case you prefer money back then you would be required to request it and the customer care team shall initiate the process and inform the accounts to refund the amount to the payer’s account where the money came from. Al this is after we have received the item back and have taken decision after undertaking quality check.
7. We shall try to take the decision related to exchange, refund etc. within 7 working days after receiving the request. You shall be required to raise request at email@example.com
8. All complaints will be subjected to teams discretion.
Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
